Homemade veggie salad with fetah cheese, tutty fruity smoothie and ice banana

Resep hasil cemplang cemplung weekend kemarin dari bahan-bahan yg ada di kulkas aja, gak pake repot.. Menu kali ini judulnya sehat dan bergizi :p

1. Veggie salad with fetah cheese

Resep untuk 4 porsi

Bahan:
– daun slada air secukupnya
– 1/2 siung bawang bombay besar
– 2 buah tomat
– 1 buah timun
– 2 butir putih telur rebus
– 1 butir apel

Saus:
– 1/2 buah lemon
– 1/4 – 1/2 pack fetah cheese with olive oil — saya pakai merk yummy
– mayonnaise and mustard for extra topping

Cara membuat:
– sayur dan buah dicuci bersih, lalu dipotong/ diiris memanjang atau kotak sesuai selera
– atur sayur dalam piring saji, dilanjutkan dengan fetah cheese
– beri perasan jeruk lemon dan taburi chiaseed diatasnya
– veggie salad siap disantap

2. Tutty frutty smoothie
– mangga, pepaya, kiwi dicuci bersih, dikupas, dipotong kecil
– masukkan ke dalam blender, then blend
– tutty frutty smoothie siap diminum

3. Ice banana
Bahan:
– 1 buah pisang ambon
– 1 scoop ice cream hershey vanilla dari Walls Selection
– 1 scoop ice cream strawberry cheesecake dari Walls Selection
– 1 ice cone
– susu kental manis coklat dan meses

Cara membuat:
Atur semua bahan diatas puring saji sesuai selera dan langsung disantap 😉

Ps: maafken penampakan choco sauce yg membabibuta :p
