Boo eboo.. Marilah kita mulai perjuangan menyiapkan menu sehat, bergizi & nikmat selama mbak cutel mudik 2 minggu.. The problem is i love cooking but Δ± can’t cook.. Hahaha.. Taunya cuma makan enak & enak banget.. Now!! I have to cook for my 10,5 m.o baby boy.. Hyiuuuuk mariiiii…

Menu #Mpasi homemade while #Nannyless ala chef @shinta_daniel

Tips utama menu MPAsi homemade dr saya:

  • Diusahakan sesedikit mgkn pakai menu instan (kalau tdk terpaksa)..
  • Pakai bahan2 alami (kl bisa yg organik, tp kl non-organik jg no probs).. Spt sayur2an & buah2an..
  • Praktis, masak cepat & gak rempong.. Tinggal cemplung, kukus, blender.. Voila!!
  • No gulgar.. Bumbunya cinta ajah…πŸ™‚
  • ASI is always on TOP PRIORITY
  • Alat perang yg wajib ada: Steamer & Blender 2in1 (yg saya punya Ph*ll*ps Av*nt), food maker (P*g**n)..

Idenya diambil dr bbrp sumber.. Buku resep, blog menu MPAsi, acara masak memasak di TV dll.. Gak ada acuan khusus dlm m’buat menu ini asal plang plung..

Jadualnya:

  • Jam 7/8. : breakfast
  • Jam 9 : ASI
  • Jam 10.30: fruit
  • Jam 12 : lunch
  • Jam 1.30 : ASI
  • Jam 2.30 : fruit (optional)
  • Jam 3.30 : dinner
  • Jam 6 : ASI

Well, let’s begin moms..

Day 1 (gado2 ala chef Shinta w/o peanut sauce)

  • B’fast, lunch & dinner: puree white rice + carrot + broccolli + apple + chicken w/ extra avocado
  • Fruit: melon & baby orange smoothies

Day 2 (Theme: Popeye The sailor man)

  • B’fast: red spinach w/ mashed potato + brocolli + unsalted cheese
  • Lunch & dinner: red spinach pasta – pasta + chicken + red spinach + tomato + paprika + unsalted cheese
  • Fruit: puree apple

Day 3 (Theme: Lebaran)
B’hubung bakal keliling kota seharian soo tips’y:

  • sekali masak utk b’fast, lunch & dinner
  • pilih menu yg plg favorit spy baby makan lbh lahap & nikmat jd selesai’y pun cepet
  • bawa alat2 yg lengkap krn blm tentu d rmh sodara/eyang t’sedia.. Tmp makan (sy bw 3bh t*pp*rware kecil2 sesuai porsi skali makan), 2 sendok, 1 m*gm*g mug, 1 botol susu kecil u/ mnm jus, bip, toilet tissue, tissue basah, sapu tangan kecil, portable chair, mainan utk hiburan..
  • avocado is a must!

Menu:

  • B’fast, lunch & dinner: potato + carroot + mini bean sprout + broccolli + avocado
  • Fruit: baby orange juice

Day 4 (Theme: filling out the fridge.. Maksud’y ngosongin kulkas, pake bahan2 yg tggl sedikit2 spy cpt habis hehehe)

  • Potato + red spinach + cucumber + tomato
  • Fruit: a slice of apple for teething

Day 5 (Theme: european menu.. B’hub Ibu & ayah’y uda mabok opor jd pgn ganti menu agak2 Italian gitu deeh :p)

  • Veggie pasta: Red spinach + paprika + cauliflower + tomato + pasta..
  • Fruit: puree melon

Day 6 (Theme: Manadonese.. kebetulan punya stok kacang merah, sayur & jagung)

  • B’fast: bubur Manado – white rice + sweet corn + veggie + iwak teri
  • Lunch & dinner: brenebon soup – white rice + red bean + beef
  • Fruit: baby orange juice

Day 7 (Theme: east meets west)

  • B’fast: Japanese sweet potato + sweet corn + carroot + cheese
  • Lunch & dinner: japanese sweet potato + salmon/kakap + brocolli + cheese
  • Fruit: avocado

Day 8 (Theme: gonna-try-some-new taste)… Yup, bismillah mw cobain menu baru utk pertama kalinya, semoga ga ada alergi & doyan… “Wholewheat bread & plain yoghurt”

  • B’fast: puree wholewheat bread + homemade strawberry jam (mudah2an nemu strawberry yg manis, wish me luck!)
  • Lunch & dinner: fruit salad.. Apple, pear, strawberry, anggur + plain yoghurt
  • Fruit: baby orange juice

Day 9 (Theme: american style)

  • B’fast: puree wholewheat bread + homemade strawberry jam
  • lunch & dinner: macaroni + brocolli & cheese

Day 10 (Theme: gasol)

  • B’fast: tepung gasol beras merah + mini bean sprout + carroot
  • Lunch & dinner: tepung gasol arrowroot + salmon/kakap + brocolli

Day 11-14 (Theme: travel cuisine w/ homemade instant food)
Setelah berjibakutai di rumah #nannyless.. Skrg saat’y kabur ikut si ayah dinas ke Bandung sooo sama spt pd saat Lebaran kmrn, bahan2 yg dibawa hrs yg ramah di mulut, tahan lama, cepat saji & praktis!! Variasinya tggl diganti2 aja tiap hari.. Pastikan hotel tempat menginap t’sedia kulkas di kamar or else titip sayur2/buah di pantry hotel..

Bahan2: wholewheat bread, potato, avocado, broccolli, apple, baby orange, carrot, mini bean sprout, fillet salmon/kakap/dada ayam yg sdh dipotong kecil2 ses. uk. 1 porsi makan – bawa utk 8 porsi makan.. Ini bahan2 yg wajib ada, kl b’minat utk tambah/ganti menu atau kehabisan, bahan’y bs dibeli di pasar/supermaket deket hotel aja..

Tips u/ travel cuisine:

  • b’hub travel’y cukup lama (4hr), boleh siapken bubur instant.. Kl Bee suka’y G**dm*ll..
  • siapken fingerfood/biscuit for teething & air putih u/ di perjalanan..
  • ASI is always sedia setiap saat..πŸ™‚

Day 15-16.. I hope his nanny is already come back for goodπŸ˜€ soo rest of the day is for mommy’s time.. Wakawaka eee.. eee..
